The staff in the bar were very friendly and helpful. However the restaurant staff rushed you through breakfast bringing the hot food before you had eaten your cornflakes!! The quality of the restaurant food was also poor.

Perfect location for the metro centre, city centre and The Fed where we were attending a dance competition on the Sunday. Lovely host who was very friendly and helpful via messages. The property was more spacious than we expected, was very clean and had everything we needed!

We had a very comfortable stay. The property is lovely with some special touches - they had really thought of everything! The host kept in touch and was easily contactable. The local pub is a 5 minute walk away, had great food and live music. We will definitely be returning.

Motel style rooms makes it easy to take pet out for walks. Dog-friendly bar and restaurant and they even cook Casper a sausage for breakfast! Great food and plenty of it and very welcoming staff.

The location was ideal for a trip to Beamish and minutes from the A1. The room was clean and comfortable with access to outside which was very useful for dog walks. The dining area was very dog friendly with a separate area and doggy treats. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great location for our trip, being able to get dinner and breakfast in one location was perfect. Tea and coffee station in the room was well stocked which is not the case in most places. Very dog friendly and accommodating. Dinner menu is extensive and the quality of the food tip top.
