From the moment of arriving at the Manor we knew we were going to be treated with outstanding service. We were not disappointed. Alex greeted us with a big smile & nothing was too much trouble. Jacob, Salar, Andrew, Artime and the sommelier were looking after us from start to finish. Highlight was meeting Michael Caines who was absolutely charming.

The Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The Hotel was a bit tired and dated but clean. The only downside and disappointment was that our beds had no mattress cover on, Not happy about that.
Location and grounds lovely so we would stay again but would insist on mattress covers. We stayed with our dog and we were made to feel very welcome and Fudge loved every minute.

we had a wonderful stay at the Hidden House,the house was very well equipped and clean and we were very comfortable ,the children loved the toys and Xmas tree.

All the staff at the Pool restaurant were amazing as was the lady receptionist on Tuesday morning.
Unfortunately, there was a French gentleman on duty outside and in the restaurant on Monday afternoon who was not so welcoming! Surely, all staff should be trained to a 5 star standard? Sorry Michael but you need to know. Happy to discuss further if necessary.
Staff friendly from moment of arrival quick and easy book in. Plenty of parking on site at £6 a day. Dog friendly. Plenty of choice for buffet breakfast, Cooked breakfast was ok but only choice of egg was scrambled. Location of hotel could not of been any better. Hotel clean and had a lovely feel about it.
We especially found Paul the bartender extremely friendly knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure our small group had a lovely time. Thank you for the great service Paul… We have already booked a return trip.
Breakfast was excellant, some continental/cereal offer and a lovely cooked choice too. Small but nice bar, lounge and our dog able to join us. Room had a water bowl, poop bags and a ball to welcome our four legged friend.

Food ok. Breakfast good.staff excellent.room adequate….six pounds to park car in hotel grounds….questionable and charging ten pounds for bringing the dog without anything to justify! We stay at other hotels and pay twenty pounds and are given treats..blanket ..water bowl and a sachet of dog food!…well done we thought.
Lovely hotel in a fantastic location . Staff are so helpful and friendly especially the manager . Rooms clean and comfy breakfast excellent . Dog friendly . All in all a very pleasant stay in a lovely sea front hotel .
The hotel has a great location, it is so pet friendly and made us feel really welcome with our two doggies, the hotel was clean or though looking a bit tired around the edges, we had a balcony room this could of done with a clean the table and floor from moss. Breakfast was good but could of been better with other stuff i.e black pudding or mushrooms and we went half board and 3 courses was very nice, well cooked and tasty, drink were good value to me and my wife had a great night
