We have stayed at this hotel on previous occasions and find that it always comes up to expectations.
We visit the West Midlands now about twice a year to see friends and despite the comments below ,will rebook with the Copthorne again because of its location and competitive pricing.
The location is perfect, close to waterfront which is always lively and the Merry Hill mall is nearby. Comfortable bed and clean room, however there was a big stain on the carpet.
