Having the lovely breakfast is a must, it is really nice. The guest house was beautifully clean and quiet. It was a great few days stay. I will definitely go back.

The key to the room was left for us in an envelope on reception, so we never saw any staff.
The room although small was comfortable, bed and bedding clean, comfortable and warm. The shower room was even smaller but once again clean with toiletries provided.

Great place with plenty of space in a good location, really tasty food with beautiful views for breakfast. Very clean and fresh, well presented rooms. Staff were fantastic and so helpful, polite and friendly. Truly dog friendly hotel (even with our 2 'big' breed dogs) Every one was welcoming and I can't wait to rebook for my next holiday!
Great location, staff very pleasant and helpful. Loved that it is dog friendly although on this occasion we did bring ours. Food In restaurant was excellent and plentiful and great VFM. I used the spa for a massage this was wonderful and reasonably priced.
Spacious bedroom and ideal location by the garden for our dog. Restaurant and breakfast food was great and reasonably priced, and both the bistro and restaurant had beautiful views over the golf course and countryside. Fantastic spa treatments. Hotel location is perfect for seeing the whole of the island whilst staying in a quiet out of town location. Very dog friendly hotel and dog permitted in all areas. All staff were friendly and helpful.
We stayed here last year and was very happy to book up for this year. The owner makes sure someone greets you on arrival. Breakfast is very good. Location overlooks the bay of Douglas. Also the property is pet friendly we have 2 dogs a small charge is made towards extra cleaning which is exceptable (£15 per dog per stay)
The food was excellent. 10 out of 10.
Staff friendly and nothing too much trouble. The room was large, clean, and warm. Dog friendly rooms. The location was perfect for our trip, just off the promenade. Will definitely be staying there again and would recommend it.
The staff are extremely friendly. The property is adult, child and dog friendly- catering for all. The room we were in was spacious and very comfortable.
