Extremely clean, fresh white sheets and blankets.
Bathroom was clean and tidy.
I love the ironing facility provided.
Lots of coffee, cereals and juice to eat and drink.
Very receptive and helpful host.
For some reasons, I got 2 rooms with 3 beds. Hahahahaha.
Ended up sleeping in a separate bed both nights.
I enjoyed the space and warmth.
Very fast internet connection too.
Plus, Wales has the most breathtakingly beautiful views. The scenery is just jaw-dropping gorgeous.

Lovely home. All the conveniences you could need and a lovely host. We forgot our food and water bowl for our pup and Hamish brought some over. The house was nice and toasty with the heating on when we got there. The bed was very comfy and the tub upstairs was great for a soak. .

The property is cute, with a few bedrooms although we didn’t need these. There was Netflix & prime available, and it had a garden for our dogs, it had all the kitchen utensils you needed. The location is nice with lots of areas to walk with dogs. The host was very nice and the cleaners were lovely.
Lovely cottage like home from home. I loved all the little personal touches like the board games, books and Walsh cakes! It is great for dog walking or cycling as the forest is 2 minutes up the road, which is beautiful and a great park for the kids. The host was so helpful and kind. We will definitely return hopefully for longer next time.
Extraordinary value for money in beautiful countryside, meals were excellent and would return to dine regularly if it was closer to home!
Very friendly and helpful staff and so dog friendly. Great parking with very easy access to main road but incredibly quiet
wonderful staff, good food, dog friendly,
plenty of space, great value for money, good location, characterful place with a welcoming feel. would happily go back
The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host has input great attention to detail, even leaving out dog treats and poo bags for people staying with dogs. It was spotlessly clean. Communication with the host was great. We only stayed two nights and didn’t explore the area, as we were attending an event in Cardiff, but the surrounding area looked beautiful. Perfect for dog walking or mountain biking. We would definitely stay again.
Homely and great value. Excellent choice of food in the bar and a decent selection of drinks at good prices. The breakfast was absolutely lovely. Friendly hosts. Pet friendly . Close to Merthyr Tydfil where the son was playing in a darts tournament. Would definitely stay again.
