Lovely quiet location. Wonderful hosts Dianne and Michael . The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfy. Lots of little extra treats including cereals milk etc. Parking at the door and a short drive to shops and restaurants in Brighouse.

I paid for a single room and due to they weren't busy they upgraded me to a double room. also they had a wedding function on and moved me to a room that was furthest away so I wasn't disturbed by the noise.

The location was great. The view from our room across the valley to Shibden Hall was beautiful. There was a great pub just at the end of the road for evening meals. The owners and staff were lovely people and very helpful. We would go back there again and would recommend it to friends.

Room size and access to outlets, bedding comfortable and clean. Property included resident cat named Magic who was a cheeky delight to be greeted by when leaving and arriving at the property. Hosts both very warm, attentive and approachable. Shared bathroom was extravagant and included the patent-pending Yorkshire bidet (last part is humour, property includes a bidet in the bathroom).

Great facilities,our room was spacious & clean with the addition of a balcony which was great .Very dog friendly and plenty grassy areas around the hotel to walk our dog & also great that our dog was allowed into the bar lounge area with us .The bar area was lovely , the staff were so friendly and it also serves Starbucks coffee which was a nice addition.
Breakfast was fabulous ! So much choice , very fresh , hot food was hot ! and the restaurant area is very modern & clean .

We were able to check into one room early. Rooms were located together. Hotel clean and tidy with friendly staff. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Great that we could also bring our dog.
Staff are lovely and friendly. Everyone from reception staff to cleaners. The layout of the hotel is good, rooms one side restaurant and foyer one side. The swimming pool is a nice size and clean. We loved the fact that the hotel was both child and dog friendly. The child play area was a massive help to occupy our grandson. The breakfast was lovely, great choice.
