Nice cottage in a great location, it had everything we needed for a short stay. Plenty of space for the 3 of us, the kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of bedding available for the sofa bed in the lounge. Sofa bed was a good size. Parking available right next to the cottage and instructions on how to find it were accurate and easy to follow, it is accessed via a single track road but that wasn't a problem.

Our room was beautifully decorated and really comfortable. There was a good choice for breakfast and the granola in particular was absolutely delicious 😋 The staff were friendly and helpful and we were even given a takeaway coffee for our onward journey. We would be happy to return for another stay.

The house was really close to Cheddar and we were able to do the caves and gorge walk without driving which made the whole experience a lot simpler. The house was beautiful and the folding doors onto the garden were stunning when opened. Everything was easy to find and use. The information provided by the host was really helpful about the local area.

Lovely little enclosed garden with table and chairs. Ideal for couples with a dog. Wet room large and spotlessly clean with powerful hot shower. Friendly and responsive hosts. A beautiful barn conversion in a fantastic location with lovely hosts. Properly dog friendly, with dog treats and dog towels on offer and outdoor hot & cold taps with a hose, so you can shower pooches, outside in the fully enclosed garden. It’s lovely and George and Meg are perfect hosts.

Beautifully designed, immaculately clean and comfortable, dog friendly, studio barn conversion, with lovely views. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. We wanted ground floor accommodation, with a fully enclosed garden for our dog to recuperate, for a couple of days, after an operation in nearby Bristol. George was helpful and friendly, without being intrusive and there were so many lovely, thoughtful touches like dog treats and towels for the dogs and a personalised message on the blackboard ❤️

Plume of Feathers was a dog friendly venue, the room was spacious and breakfast lunch and dinner were all very good with a great choice. The locals were very friendly. A quiet location - Rickford - and the surrounding area to Blagdon and Blagdon Lake were very picturesque
