Secure ca park. Easy to get to . I often stay here with pets. Cheap , great value , all I need before getting ferry in the morning .

We had a very enjoyable week at La Maison de Mano. The house is situated in a pretty village close to lots of things to see and do. Just up the street is a boulangerie which we made frequent use of, and a supermarket is a short drive away. The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Offering a garden and quiet street view, Gite des Trauchandieres is situated in Saint-Jouan-des-Guérets, 10 km from Port of Houle and 11 km from Palais du Grand Large.
Booked specifically because it was pet friendly and our car was full on the way to an early ferry therefore we needed secure parking. This was a perfect stop off for an early departing ferry with pets. super clean, nothing flash, but reasonably priced, parking was secure with a keypad system and it was 8 mins drive to the ferry terminal.
The highlights of this stay were the fabulous dinners at the restaurant here. Plus, it is in a lovely location that is both beautiful and quiet. The service in the restaurant it also lovely. Then again you can come for dinner and enjoy both of those without subjecting yourself to its awful accommodations. They were also very kind to the dog we were traveling with. They brought him water and were very sweet with him. For this we are all grateful and appreciative.
Great location for Saint Malo port only 15 mins away, brilliant we could take pets asked for ground floor room was good to take dog out, staff very friendly and helpful, easy to find, thank you, will deffinalty be back again.
