We really loved the location to the lake. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are all perfect. We felt that our children 12 /9 were very safe to ride around and go to the pool alone.

We were a family of six adults and the apartment was very spacious including plenty of outdoor areas to sit. We especially liked the views, the electric barbecue, the comfy beds and the powerful showers. We did not miss not having a car and instead hired bikes from the owners who were very approachable. There is also a free bus service in July and August which runs regularly to Annecy and the other side of the lake. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood but perfectly located close to the popular cycle track and near good supermarkets and a bakery and a short cycle/walk away from Plage Du Clos Berthet a grassy area next to the lake where we often swam.

The location was great with a magnificent view of the lake. Ta & Bernard were very friendly, always helpful anf full of good tips for activities.

Everything! The hosts were warm, accommodating and could not have done more to make us feel at home. The property and location is beautiful and picturesque, with the gorgeous Lake Annecy only a half hour walk away. Breakfast in the garden of the hosts was a wonderful experience. The facilites of the property were excellent, with a large comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Everything you could possibly need. We will certainly return!

This is the best spot if you are cycle touring. The owner came and met us in person, Nathalie was lovely.
The fantastic host, incredible house with the most fantastic interior. The colors, the furnitures. The view! Spa included. Amazing breakfast with homemade yoghurt, granola, jam and just super delicate. This is a cool warm family that has a unique boutique hotel. Want to move in!
Absolutely wonderful. The photos don’t do it justice. Garden enclosed so perfect for cyclists with bikes or dog owners. Ground floor accommodation and an allocated parking space.
Location. Away from the main road. quiet neighbourhood. Easy free parking. 4 minute walk to beach front restaurant/bar. Easy access with codes and keys.
The people, the Chef, the staff….the location, the food, the wonderful attitude and also…as if there could be more…the location!! just out of town but by a lovely river and lovely walks with your dog! and yes they welcome cats and dogs no charge.
The staff were amazing at breakfast and dinner…funny charming attentive and professional. would recommend this place thorough!!! Thankyou!!
