Surprisingly large apartment (larger than it appears from outside), thoughtfully organized. There is a lovely view of countryside and sea from the front, and a little patio/garden in the back. It's not huge, but is quite comfortable. The kitchen has some basic equipment, but not salt/pepper/oil/sugar, so you'll need to bring your own. I wouldn't use this to cook a full meal; it's more like a kitchenette. The hostess is lovely and very responsive.

Location is amazing as is the unique structure of the hotel. Located above Taramundi the Hotel offers spectacular views of the town and surrounding countryside. We had booked rooms with patios and were impressed with the layout, size, and facilities. Food was top notch too.

Everything. The hotel, its history, its beauty, the location, the staff, the views. There is nothing not to like. One of my favourite places that I have been.
Hotel has a lot if bugs that were impossible to kill. When complained about it ataff pretended it was just flies and insulting our intelligence. Staff was overall very unfriendly, no one spoke a word of english and when we communicatet in Spanish they pretended not to understand us. Definitely not coming back and NOT recommending it!
We stayed in one of several self-catering bungalows in the complex. Except for one night we were the only guests. The weather was cloudy and at times wet but we had access to good laundry facilities. It was a good location for walking. Access to the complex was via electronic gates which made it very safe.
