This hotel feels like a charming boutique with a great swimming pool and a lovely rooftop area. The room was spacious, featuring a very comfortable, large bed and a small balcony. The internet connection was reliable throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with fresh orange juice and the option of coffee from a machine or a barista and real açai. Our flight was later in the day, so the hotel kindly stored our luggage at reception and allowed us to shower before heading to the airport. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The localisation was great. The Landlord was very friendly and supported us a lot by all kind of situations. We like that the house is new, well equipped, not visible damages at home, wifi works very well, the backyard of the house is also ok, nice swimmingpool, great localisation, - very close to the town, at the same time, very private and calm neighborhood so no any music or sounds coming from the town or the airport. Just we and our time together with family. We spent there very nice time, and definitely try to book this property next year.

The location was perfect for us, as it was not in the center, therefore the air was perfect, because center was too hot and unbearable. The biggest recommendation to host Catina, who was helping anytime of the day. My recommendation is to rent a car and this villa for the best experience on Ibiza! Facilities and the villa itself was exceptional.

Very clean, the single rooms still had a double bed which was a great plus!! And the location is fab if you still want a chill vibe, lots of locals around too it seemed like so not all British!! Beach was lovely too

Stylish and very clean hotel, with the friendliest staff - everyone I met couldn’t have been more helpful. Location is great being around a 25 min walk to Ibiza town and close to the beaches at Talamanca. All this considered, the price was very reasonable for July/August. I will stay again. Thank you
It’s a friendly well run hotel with an excellent location opening directly onto a type of boardwalk and onto the beach. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. There is a very good inclusive evening menu for residents, competitively priced at €17.00 (March 2023) for three courses, with a choice of three dishes for each course.
There is also an excellent Supermarket directly opposite the hotel. It sells absolutely everything!
