Very nice and helpful women who gave us kyes! She helped us order taxi, because we don't speak Spanish. And borrowed city transport card. Place isn't new, but is enough if you would like to stay for one, two days around Bilbao. Walking distance to metro line, restaurants, shops etc.

Our room was very basic, but clean, bed was good, but the area around the hotel was limited to short walks as in a very busy area, had 3 small dos could not justify paying €15 each when l have stayed in better Ibis with better rooms and better location and not payed that much, it’s a shame that dog owners get penalised, this was the most expensive for 3 small dogs, will avoid Ibis in future
Really Comfy big bed. Very friendly staff. Perfect location for ferry for one night stay and accept dogs for minimal charge. Next day found Mercadona just up the road and some eating places.
The staff were absolutely lovely. It's great that they accept dogs and have a space to have breakfast with them. The food halls right nextdoor is dog-friendly too. In general, clean and comfortable.
Great hotel. Lovely staff and decent pints. I found the location a great final stepping stone for the ferry back to Ireland. It was good for my dog 🐕 too.
