Loved the hotel. The location is very central. You can easily walk to the old town, the Guggeheim and the San Memes Stadium.
The hotel decor is modern and feels relaxing. The hotel bar at the front had a good selection of food and drinks.
Although we didn't use room service it was available.
The bedrooms are spacious, bed super comfortable and the bathroom and showers were great, there was a normal and rain shower.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly

The space was large and welcoming, allowing different guests to coexist harmoniously. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, saved me some money on meals. The living room is a great space to hang out together, with a large television for a good movie session and a cozy sofa. The rooms are equally well equipped, I felt at home. Our room was very basic, but clean, bed was good, but the area around the hotel was limited to short walks as in a very busy area, had 3 small dos could not justify paying €15 each when l have stayed in better Ibis with better rooms and better location and not payed that much, it’s a shame that dog owners get penalised, this was the most expensive for 3 small dogs, will avoid Ibis in future
Really Comfy big bed. Very friendly staff. Perfect location for ferry for one night stay and accept dogs for minimal charge. Next day found Mercadona just up the road and some eating places.
The staff were absolutely lovely. It's great that they accept dogs and have a space to have breakfast with them. The food halls right nextdoor is dog-friendly too. In general, clean and comfortable.
Great hotel. Lovely staff and decent pints. I found the location a great final stepping stone for the ferry back to Ireland. It was good for my dog 🐕 too.
