The place is an absolute gem. As soon as you enter you can feel the calm. The decoration is beautiful and it blends in with the island, you have an instant home feeling. It's a very quiet place, perfect for disconnecting and relaxing. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they took really good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the privacy ,the facilities( fantastic pool and pool area),the outdoors BBQ area and the beautifully tended( and illuminated!) grounds,as well as the villa itself which really has the wow factor. Our daughter got married in Ibiza which was the reason for our stay and we could not have picked a better place as a base and as the location for the night time wedding BBQ which was totally delicious thanks to Marc and Nick. Thanks to Marc also for responding so quickly and efficiently to any requests we had- we felt really looked after! I would thoroughly recommend this villa and would love to stay there again.

This villa was beautiful and spacious. It exceeded our expectations in terms of facilities, space and the outdoor areas. Parking was easy just outside of the villa. We loved the pool, BBQ area and the terrace (great for watching sunsets). Plenty of space for everyone. There are a couple nice beaches walking distance and many more short drive away. There is also Lidl and other supermarkets short drive away. The area where villa is located looks well looked-after and feels safe. I would say walking to San Antonio promenade is around 15 minutes but to get to San Antonio centre (marina, shops, restaurants, lively parts) took us around 25-30 minutes. The host kept in touch with us throughout and was very kind, helpful with all queries and questions. Instructions to get to the property, check-in and check-out were very easy to follow.

Loved our room with the swim up pool, black wristband perks (queue jumping, all the cocktails and the best tables and sun loungers) and the food was so GREAT for buffet style food. The roof top bar is the best place in town for sunset! The included fine dining restaurants were really a nice surprise too. The main pool music from 3:30pm was excellent too. Particularly the amazing drummer! We loved everything about this place and were really well looked after by the lovely team! This is the epitome of good vibes Ibiza :)

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent in the restaurant. They even have a resident cat Lucito who might come sleep in your balcony once in a while!

Location was fantastic, has car park if you rent car. Next to petrol station, near the beach, lots of cheap restaurants and expensive ones. Place has new and clean feeling (reviewed Aug 2023). Breakfast options was huge. One great thing that was not properly advertised was that it rents our beach towels so you dont need to pack or buy them. They also lend (bo charge) beach umbrellas.
The whole property was lovely and the entrance and lobby gave a very good first impression. it was spacious, bright, immaculate and the bar was in a good location within the property. loved the main pool area. The hallways on each floor were also bright and just simple but elegant looking. The restaurants were also lush and the variety of food was extensive and not repetitive. Loved the butler service and they were very attentive.

A clean house with everything you need for a stay with family or friends (4 people max), it has two separate rooms with double beds. I am allergic to dust and pets, I know what I am taking about😅
The communication with the host was fast and great! There is a guest Netflix account as well, you can check some stand up show when bored in the evening. Location is the best because it is 3min far from the beach. It is a great place to stay!
everything was nice. The neighbour's (very friendly) cat and dog came to visit us frequently, which we loved very much! But I guess that's not for everyone. So stay away if you are a pet hater.
