This hotel feels like a charming boutique with a great swimming pool and a lovely rooftop area. The room was spacious, featuring a very comfortable, large bed and a small balcony. The internet connection was reliable throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with fresh orange juice and the option of coffee from a machine or a barista and real açai. Our flight was later in the day, so the hotel kindly stored our luggage at reception and allowed us to shower before heading to the airport. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Staff were super lovely and very helpful. I arrived before check in and they showed me to room where I could get changed and store my luggage until check in. This room also had s shower which I didn't use but cool that they have that option for guests when needed. Location was great. Handy to shops, taxi rank, bus stop and beach. I had beach front room with balcony which was great. Beautiful views!
Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Great location and comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms, plenty of TV channels, and reliable air-conditioning. Free Wi-Fi throughout. Excellent breakfast and dinner included with half-board. I recommend getting a sea view room in the main building. I will gladly come back!
we really enjoyed our stay in this lovely small family hotel. we stayed with our dog in an economy studio (E1) with a small terrace by the relatively quiet side street. the studio was clean, with everything you could need in the kitchenette and the staff were welcoming and friendly. the pool was perfect, clean and a good size and the surrounding pool area was spacious and well organised. only a short stroll to the beach, shops, restaurants etc.
the communication prior to arrival was excellent. Aroha was incredibly helpful.
Great location with easy access to beach and very good facilities at the hotel, ie., pools, spa and communal areas. Very friendly and professional staff at reception, restaurant and bar. I am not sure how to spell the correct name of a the reception staff (petite slim lady, with glasses and long light brown hair), she was super professional, kind and very helpful and I most grateful for her assistance and kindness during my stay.
