This is a lovely spacious accommodation, both inside & outside. The bungalow is right on the beach in what feels like a residential area, it’s very quiet, which might not suit everyone, but my friends & I loved it. You can walk, or cycle, along the purpose built coast path in both directions for as long as your legs can manage. There are a number of excellent eateries within walking distance, fortunately no noisy bars. If you want a quiet holiday this is the place 😊

Apartment was spacious and clean. It has all the utensils you may need. The patio area is large and has sun loungers.
The local area feels safe and is very close to airport. It has a walking and cycle path that takes you by the beach.
Pool is a decent size, we only used it once as it was too cold for my baby in November.

We stayed only one night, but definitely would stay longer another time. This place has a very relaxed and welcoming energy, the owners are friendly, there are games and lovely animals all around. The room was spacious and comfortable.

La Lucancita really was a home from home. It's beautifully decorated with lots of homely touches. Very spacious with a bathroom on both floors, which is handy. I stayed there with my friend, but unfortunately, I was still recovering from a nasty virus, so the large comfy sofa and netflix were a bonus. It has a well equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, and a washing machine should you need it. Also, excellent WiFi.
It's a 5 minute walk to the main strip, but it's on a lovely quiet road, so there is no noise at night, and the beds were super comfy. There's also a shop and a pizza restaurant/ takeaway 2 minutes along the road (check out the empanadas!)
Check in/out was very straightforward, we were met by the host, Agustin, who was very welcoming and made us feel very at home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we didn't want to leave!

Clean and comfortable. I appreciated the artistic style and touches. Children loved the huge TV and pool. As a regular to Lanzarote, Villa Alex did not disappoint. The host was very accommodating and flexible.

The property was very well equipped and clean! Thankfully a really good location as well, you have the shopping mall 2 minutes down the road and the beach down the other, handy to have bus stops bear by as well
We stayed in 3 bedroom apartment. The location is perfect. Walking distance ro the see 3 min., nearest shop 1 min., Shoping centre 7 min. There are a lot of restorans on the promenade. The flat, the pool (see water) exceptional clean. No conditioners but we have 3 fans. We really enjoyed the stay😊.
Comfortable, cleaned, good and new equipment on the kitchen. Location is 1 minutes to the sand beach, 15minutes from the supermarkets. Umbrellas and chairs for the beach are wonderful. Three bedrooms. Easy check in and check out because the key locates in the master lock
Once inside the property, it was delightfully pleasant, beautifully scented and a pleasure to relax in with a comfortable balcony where it was possible to recline. The location was ideal for accessing the beach area, the range of restaurants and public transport to quickly get to and from the centre.
All was perfect - beautiful seaview from all the rooms, unique sunsets, a lot of comfortable sofas, amazing swimming pool for refreshing your body, great for morning yoga (a lot of studio nearby - f.e. Piyo Lanzarote), very strong wind so you can relax and feel the present moments. Kitchen well equipped however a lot of good restaurants nearby. And special thank you to the owner - Angel was a great communicator - always quick in responding and willing to help.
