Hotel Txanka is in a great location right on the Camino del Norte. The beds very comfortable, and we loved the private courtyard on the river. Plus they were so friendly, had an excellent breakfast, and the Castebell Orange Ginger soap products I like.

Everything was convenient, starting from the location (not far from the beach and not far from the city center of Orio) and the quality of the room provided.
Great location - a little bit challenging to find due to pedestrian streets but once there loved the fact that we could walk everywhere. Since there is a parking included in the rental you can really arrive - park and be stress free. Orio is a beautiful village with great views and the apartment charming and great value.
I loved the way they were so thoughtful. 2 dog beds waiting in the room plus other additional thoughtful things. I loved the artificial grass enclosed terrace and so did my two dogs. Really enjoyed the breakfast particularly the egg and sausage which was completely delicious. Blackout blinds were amazing. We all slept late.
Amazingly welcoming hotel for those travelling with dogs. Room was very comfortable (for us and the dog ;-)) and we even had a private enclosed patio area right outside. Hotel is conveniently located just off the motorway, and 5min to a beautiful beach and lovely little town.

Great experience! We were welcomed in the hotel with a smile, our son received a stuffed animal (lovely!) and our dog was very welcome :) the room was nicely decorated (as the rest of the hotel) and we loved the details; our dog got a dog bed, drinking and eating bowls, we could grab a home made sangria and popcorn in the hotel bar. We will definitely come back when traveling from South Spain to the Netherlands. Also, perfectly located next to the motorway. Very convenient for us.

Night and there was no problem to park a car in their secure parking lot. Staff were really friendly and communication was fast and on point. Rooms are clean and big enough with everything that you might need. Decorations around the hotel and small terrace in the breakfast place was outstanding. Also we were traveling with our dog and he was welcomed warmly ( without additional fee). For sure coming back!!
