I stayed at the house for 8 days, with my husband, 5-year-old daughter and a friend. From the moment we arrived, we were very well received by Jesus, who showed us the entire house in detail. Everything was very clean and tidy. It was impossible not to have a great impression. The bedrooms had comfortable mattresses, impeccable bed linen, very clean curtains and bath towels for everyone. The bathroom was a great size and was also very clean. The kitchen had all the utensils, plates, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. I was very happy to open the refrigerator and see that there was water, juice and a nice white wine, since we arrived tired and thirsty. The kitchen also had coffee, sugar, biscuits and tea and some basic seasonings.
The bedrooms and kitchen have ceiling fans that keep the room cool, and during the night and day the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Jesús gave us some tips on places to eat and go out that were very useful.
The garden is beautiful, I loved the flowers and plants, my daughter played a lot on the swing and slide, it's a nice space and we had barbecues for two days. The pool is very good with saline water, and I really liked the alarm system because with children and pets there is always the risk of something happening.
We rented a car and it was easy to park it on the street and we had no problems.
There is a good market in the neighborhood and we were able to buy what we needed. We were very happy during our stay. I can only thank Jesús and Rossi for welcoming us with such care, always concerned about our well-being.
I can't wait to go back and enjoy the beauty of Palma de Mallorca a little more, knowing that I have a great place to stay.

It's a really nice hotel with competitive prices. We enjoyed the location, being close to public transport (both city and intercity lines) making it easy to get to Palma without worry of renting a car, and only a few blocks from the great beach of Arenal. We spent a week in the hotel, during this time breakfast and dinner buffet menu was varied enough, we always had what to choose from. The room had all needed amenities, and featured a nice view to Palma Bay.
Super friendly, super Pet friendly! The sweetest people working there <3 my dog and me had an amazing stay. It is very clean and the bed is soo comfortable! Great location, close to public transport, party and to the next quiet village.
All over the perfect stay!
You do get what you pay for. We went as a couple for a short break. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly (bar one!) The reception staff were great, cleaning staff and in particular Jesus (bar staff) and the lifeguard we called Neymar were brilliant. The food is repetitive and there's not a huge selection but you will not go hungry. It's in a great location easy to access the beach, restaurants, bars & buses etc.
Appartement size was good and overall good value for money as the price was very very competitive
Staff was responsive when we asked for a cot and was installed on our room within the hour
The bathroom was not very clean but they made it clean when we informed the staff
The hotel is very well located toward beaches and attract of the area
Chosen this because of location near airport. Stuff nice, close to the beach and shops and petrol station. I appreciate this is as cheap as it is ugly ☺️
