Very good location - close to old town (2min walk actually) and markets, lots of restaurants, marina and if you travel - easy access to motorway to get to the coast - half an hour max! Rooms were very clean and tidy. Service every day. Communal terrace with pool and sun beds to chill out. Friendly and helpful service. I would definitely come back there in the future!
Location was great, right in the center where you could find bars and restaurants but it was very quiet at the same time.

The best thing was the location, it's right in the centre of Ciutadella. Everything looked newly renovated, including the bathroom, the room and the reception. And Susana was very kind.
Excellent location within walking distance to the city, once we found out where all the different needs during our stay for example supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance, Reception staff all very helpful, a good sense of humour and very polite.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are immaculate, breakfast and food was excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet and tranquil, no problem getting sun loungers. The beach was a minute walk away and was lovely, very clean and crystal clear water. Not too busy either. Location is good too plenty of restaurants nearby.

The room was spotless and had a lovely, minimal design. Well stocked with coffee, soft drinks & beers which were refilled daily for free - a very thoughtful touch! Great location to explore Ciutadella. Highly recommend, and we would love to visit again!
The place is charming, not too big. We had our own balcony and wonderful bedroom, ensuite bathroom. We travelled with a small dog. The host provided a dog bed, drinking and food bowls. It was really amazing. Highly recommended.
