I likes how much it was clean and the owner was very helpful in providing all the instructions and information related to the tourist spots.
The chalet was very clean, specious, modern furniture, well functioning AC, and has all the guests’ requirements. I liked the balcony so much and its very well located. Highly recommended and will come back to it when I’m going back again. Big thanks to Mr. Hasan and Alaa for the great hospitality.

I’ve been talked to the responsible guy that I need to change the dates because I had an issue and I would not come, he told me that he’ll call me back, I told him I’ll be there late and when I arrived and tried to contact him several times but no one replied, also there is another number tried to call me for the same booking and when I called him for check-in, he didnt answer either, As shown in the attached photos. Plus the location is wrong. This is unprofessional and impolite.. If I’m charged with any fees, I’ll raise an issue and I’ll make a report against this guy.

Staff all over the hotel place was really nice, decent & helpful specially mr. Mohamed at reception desk, location was nice and three swimming pools including one with aqua were really great.
The owner Mr Waleed was very helpful and gentleman.

The location of the village is just fantastic , everything is literally 5 to 10 minutes driving ( Marasi M porium , Haicenda Lakeyard , Amaj Rivett Mall , ... )

Aura is located in an upper (expensive) part of Egypt - so you might be a bit disappointed with the Hotel, given the price. We paid 150eur / night - although it is not cheap (for Egypt), in Sahel/North Coast, many other hotels cost 10x more, so you need to adjust your expectations.
Besides this, Aura is a nice, simple hotel - if you planning to spend a few nights and have friends in other compounds around, it is perfect
The staff was accommodating. I faced some troubles, yet, the staff was very open to helping and providing all necessary support around the clock. The general manager, Mohamed Abdel Magid, and his Sahel team, headed by Ibrahim, are very gentlemanly and generous. I recommend the property because of its management, stunning location, and comfort.
