Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Got a really nice room with a huge bed, and a lot of space. The room was really clean and all the essentials were provided. Really enjoyed selection at breakfast. One night we also booked a dinner at the hotel as an extra and it was delicious too. Nice selection of different foods at the buffet. There is also a bar downstairs in the evening, which is great for having some drinks ☺️

The hotel was located right in between the old city and the palace gardens, two of the places to visit in Potsdam, and it was walking distance to both of these attractions. it’s a great resort on the lake with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, great location and such a beautiful view & nature. it’s very important for me that hotel is dog friendly
Location is great, directly on the Marktplatz with the river, cafes, bars, restaurants and a bakery all within a very short walking distance.
There is a good spielplatz nearby also.
The apartment is a very good size (we are a family of 3, plus dog!) and very quiet and comfortable.
There is a secure parking place also to the rear of the apartment, this was very useful,
