Great facilities for kids (large playarea with staff supervision. Activities for kids available (some free, some for money). Kids lunches available (for charge). Breakfast superb.
Possibility to rent strollers, cparts, and car seats.
Can't say anything about the pool since our child was so happy playing in the kids' facilities that they never wanted to go.swimmimg.
The staff was absolutely friendly and attentive. They set up a birthday table at breakfast for one of our group who happened to have birthday as a surprise.

Awesome location. Close to the harbor to take a boat tour, close to the train station to take a steam lock tour and otherwise 30minutes away from everything worth to see
The location, the peace and quiet of being right on the water, the terrace and the sunsets and sunrises. The Kormoran restaurant was also good for breakfast and dinner.
