The location was beautiful, breakfast was excellent. The hotel is substantially more expensive than others in the region, but the amenities make it overall worth it. The terrace and kids play room are super nice; and he Sauna area seemed to be recently renovated (we didn’t use it). The room sizes are very comfortable.

The Fehrienwohnung am berg Oybin was absolutely outstanding! It is located in a peaceful valley of Oybin right at the foot of the hill where the old church, the monastery and the castle are atop. You can literally walk to these places from the apartment's terrace. The whole apartment is set in hygge style so we felt like home immediately. We especially enjoyed the terrace overlooking surrounding sandstone cliffs. We were very welcomed here and even got delicious bio eggs and home made lemonades. Thank you for the incredible hospitality!
Super location, right at the bottom of a hill for sledding. Host lent us sledges and toboggans which absolutely made the holiday! Very cosy and stylish apartment, underfloor heating much appreciated in the winter! Kitchen was well equipped too. All in all a really great place to spend a short break, couldn't have asked for more
Great location, right next to the little center of Oybin. It was perfect to access the O-See trail running event and all sight seeings around. Good kitchen with everything needed. Confy double bed and convenient bunk bed for the kids in an extra bedroom. Lots of toys and books for the kids to play with. Free parking space right behind.
Staff were lovely (they all spoke very good English!), central location, comfortable rooms. Minibar used an honesty system and was very reasonably priced. We enjoyed the narrow gauge railway trip up, the nearby monastery and the nearby hiking. Exceeded my expectations in every way.
Cozy and lovely hotel in residential area without any noise, opportunities for short or long walk around. Room beautiful and restaurant... Delicious meals, very good wines and professional and friendly staff. We were there with our dog and she was as Lady there :)
