Was greeted by a smile from all of the professional staff. When no one for room service answered the phone, the kind person at reception contacted to return my call. It was very quiet and I had a very restful sleep.

The room was very peaceful. I didn't hear a single noise while in it, neither door slams, nor neighbours or other guests' voices. It was excellent.
The bed was very comfy, the mattress having the adequate toughness for assuring a good rest. The three nights I stayed there were great.
The breakfast was very good. The buffet included all that is needed as regards food and drinks (except sweet fruits), to keep going until dinner time. Everything was of the utmost quality and very tasty. Besides there is no music in the restaurant at breakfast time. Consequently, the atmosphere is especially pleasant, which contributes considerably to enjoy that meal.
All the staff members are extremely kind and helpful, especially the ones working at the front desk.

Oh WOW the deco was fantastic! each room was themed. and not just room, the bathroom too. Rooms were very spacious and beds very comfortable.
I have been messaging the hotel prior to the arrival, and got the answers very quickly.

Nice room, free parking, pets allowed on a considerable extra fee. Staff was really helpful - we forgot our child's toilet seat when leaving the hotel, they kept it for us and we picked it up on our way back :)

Super place for people who traverse Europe and need calm place near highway to stop. Personel very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel for people with dog. Hotel is extremely friendly for animals and is located in the area with many space for walk with dog.
Everything was truly excellent (incl. Breakfast), but what stood out to me was this:
My partner and I stayed with our two dogs and were astonished that the staff prepared 2 dog beds with bowls for food & water and extra towels for NO EXTRA COST!
That never happened before. Usually hotels are quite awkward with dogs and see it as a way to charge extra, but they were genuinely doing their best to make out stay as comfortable as possible!

It is a basic hotel (we stayed there one night), but it was very clean and bed was big and comfortable. The ladies in the reception were very friendly and helpful. They offered parking which was very useful as we were traveling to another country and car was full of luggage. Close to the center, but the area is quiet.
They are dog friendly which is important for us as we were traveling with a small dog.
This was the most dog friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. They already had bowls and a dog blanket set up in the room when I arrived. Plus they had a special sign for the dog to warn of a dog inside. Incredible!
We brought our dog with us and he was made to feel very welcome with treats and a dog bed in the room. We almost missed dinner as we were late arriving but it was no problem for the restaurant and the staff were lovely.
