Right in front of the beach, a restaurant at the property, and very close location to the Tayrona park. The room had an amazing sea view, we enjoyed the amenities at the property and had a great time, very relaxing. The food was top notch and every staff there including the owners were such sweet people

This place is gorgeous, right by the beach! Staff is very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. There's a bar nextdoor where you can get food and drinks. The river is so close and nice to swim in, the ocean can be a bit rough buit it's great to see the surfers!

The feel of the place was relaxed and friendly. Lola was very helpful with options for activities and spoke beautiful English, a help to us with very little Spanish skill. The location near the east entrance of Tayrona Park was close enough that a Mototaxi can get you there.
The beach was clean and for the week we were there it was swimmable; the currents can get bad enough to close it for swimming. There is the Mendihuaca River 5 min down the beach that was good for shallow swimming and cooling off.
Lots of food options near the hostal; hostal breakfast was simple but very satisfying.
Good fan in our room and mosquito nets.

Vicky made us feel instantly very comfortable. The setting was fantastic, all handmade wooden structures by her very talented partner. The pirate ship is astounding! Lots of fantastic dogs for any animal lovers too :)

The most beautiful, peaceful spot we’ve stayed! The river was right there for us to relax and cool down in.
We arrived Sunday and the river had all the locals playing and listening to music. Was a fab day!
The hosts are incredible. And their dogs became my best friends haha.

petra is such a lovely lady!! she runs this beautiful lush place directly by the river. it’s very quiet and you can hike around the area. she has some lovely dogs too. she made us fresh breakfast and dinner. it’s a simple place with basic amenities but we thought it was comfortable enough. great value, we would love to come back some day :)

Although you are just some 600 meters from the highway you don't hear any noise from the vehicles.
The caretakers, especially Petra, make you feel right at home and prepare really nice food as long as you ask with some time.
beautiful peaceful location, surrounded by nature and animals. Jorje was amazing - took us to one of the waterfalls and helped us with different things. Kitchen was well equipped. The dogs were cute and we used the fire pit a few times as well. Electricity will be off in the morning if you don’t unplug the fridge which was no a major issue as it would come back on in a few hours.
What a brilliant location this is, if you like silence. And still its only 10 minutes (5000 to 8000 pesos) by mototaxi to the beaches Costeño and Mendihuaca. Maria and her family are very kind and she prepares delicious food! There are only 2 rooms here and you have a good chance of being the only guest there surrounded by birds and their cute 2 cats and dog. I liked that a lot after crowdy Palomino.
