We showed up to the property via organized car from the hotel and were extremely impressed immediately by the service. The hotel itself exudes luxury yet so cozy with fires going. Located in the heart of Zuoz, a very nice historic hotel. The room is a bit old but very comfy with traditional Swiss decoration. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The spacious room, excellent breakfast and delicious dinner served in the cosy restaurant offering regional specialities. The hotel offers a reasonably-priced ski pass and is centrally located with a safe underground car park nearby.
The hotel is clean and comfortable and in a very good location in the center of town! What I especially like about their restaurant is that the food is delicious and the atmosphere is great.
