We found this property to be exactly what we wanted - centrally located, tastefully appointed and comfortable room, and quiet. Everything and more! I only wish the bistro had been open on the morning of our departure so we could’ve enjoyed that!

The location is great. It is a good option for a one to two nights stay.
We were able to upgrade to a room in the Ibis city and for a very generous price for which we are very grateful to the lady who was in charge.
The room was clean, quiet (as per our request) and comfortable. The location was great for Winterthur, just next to the main shopping street while the train station is only within a few minutes' walk. There were many restaurants nearby. Staff, including Thomas, Petra and Jasmine, were friendly and helpful. We also loved the fact that Winterthur is a beautiful city and the hotel is in the old town close to parks.
Excellent location- steps from the winterthur hbf. Checkin easy. 24 hr coffee machine. Apples at reception desk. Reception desk personnel cheerful and competent. Earlybreakfast. Amazingly quiet room.
Be aware- location is backside of station from old town- under passage opens to street that fronts the hotel.
