Owners, Gabi and Fritz are excellent hosts! Wonderful breakfasts every morning with pleasant conversation and advice for day planning if needed. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. This Swiss chalet is truly one of a kind - quietly tucked away in the hills of Wilderswil. The view from our patio was stunning. The room and bathroom was clean and very nice.
The sweet lady working at the front desk, who was also our waitress, was extremely welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond. The food at the hotel restaurant was the best we had on our 14 day trip in Europe.
The rooms in the annex "ALPINE INN" are located only 5 walking minutes away from the main building, the JUNGFRAU HOTEL.

The views are amazing, the room was clean, the shower was big, and the continental breakfast was good.They had a good variety of protein, dairy, and breads with coffee and juice. We also appreciated them storing our luggage before check in.

The dinner and breakfast were really good. The host and employees were very helpful. The location is off the chart, of all the hotels we have stayed at, this is by far the most impressive. Very unique experience that I would recommend to anyone.

The location of the apartment is perfect if you want to explore Jungfrau region. Train station and bus stop is 3 min away. Also the store is really close. We were really happy that we could park the car in undergraund garage for a nice price. Peter was very nice and gave us all the information we needed. The instruction on how to enter the apartment and garage were also very clear. Would recommend :)
It was a spacious room in a house which was nestled in the best possible natural beauty. The location was serene and tranquil. There was access to transport and other necessary requirements like groceries. The house was well equipped with comfortable bed and blankets, wonderful kitchenette and other facilities (like clean bathroom, good heater).

Location was excellent, quiet, had raclette and fondue equipment, beautiful scenery, can see jungFrau from the balcony. Our dog loved sitting there watching the mountains.

pet friendly hotel in a perfect location to explore Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. it’s right next to a bus stop that takes you to town, and the hotel provides you with a bus pass so that it’s free as well. the restaurant has a Michelin star. we asked to come a night early, and the hotel staff was able to accommodate and adjust the rate easily.
