Location was great, rooms have water view balconies. Lighting a little dark in the room and carpet had some stains but otherwise clean and quiet even with a young family in the next room. Indoor parking was nice. Pool and sauna a great bonus. I would stay there again!
The staffs were amazing except the one who asked us to drink water from the bathroom tap. One of the staff I loved most was the elderly man who worked the brakefast shift
The location was wonderful, gorgeous, and close to every corner of lucerne with boat rides.
