we had room service breakfast ...brilliant. Everything was just lovely. So helpful. Free travel card and discounts to attractions. Lovely position almost on the lake. Staff delighful. The most amazing suite with two of everything, two TVs, two sinks, two rooms, two toilets, two double wardrobes, two sofas, two tables, two balconies and even two big proper keys, with those old fashioned tassles. Old lovely hotel with new ideas. so good, so good, so good!

One of the highlights for me was its proximity to the Charlie Chaplin Museum, which made it incredibly convenient for me to visit and explore the life and works of the legendary artist. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes. From freshly baked pastries and a selection of cheeses to a range of hot dishes, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Great Location, good breakfast, fantastic view over the lake! Beautiful balconies. Friendly and helpful stuff! Lovely terrace within the hotel grounds. A place from where you almost do not want to go anywhere :) plus pet friendly!!! our cat had a "reception" with a welcoming meal and a bed.
A very comfortable room and bed in a lovely location. The bathroom is quite large and a very good walk in shower. A small refrigerator, microwave and kettle are pluses for visiting more than one night. Bedding nice. Extremely clean.

The location was excellent and the room, although very small, was very clean and well laid out. I also appreciated being able to bring my dog. Good breakfast and great to be able to park just outside the door.
Its a great, new and comfortable hotel - rooms are big, beds are comfortable, good shower and amenities. Good cost-benefit for the region. Also, we informed our little dog would be joining us, and there was a little bed and food/water bowls waiting for him. While the hotel is not in city center, the drive there is only 5 minutes, and there is also a train station super close. Family had the breakfast buffet one day and was very happy with it. Staff was always very helpful!
Water dispenser in the floor (sparkling and non-sparkling). Free charge of electric/hybrid car. Very, very pet friendly with a bed and bowls in the room when we arrived. Easy to get in and out of the garage with the car. Very safety place
The personal is very nice, kind, attentive, accommodating. Great selection for breakfast, lovely diner as well. We traveled with a dog, this is definitely a pet friendly place! I recommend this place.
Fantastic location so close to Lake Leman and the town square. Very helpful staff. Wonderful view of the lakeside from my bedroom window. Very competitively priced compared to a lot of local alternatives.
