Very good location near to train ( ticket included ) and the breakfast very good and tasty &healthy and you can order thr breakfast at room without any extra fees! And there is a plant in the room .and the products in the toilets are without any harm ingredients. Staff are very friendly and when i ask to change the room they accept it easily . And for mini bar they give water and 3 fizzy drinks for free to refill daily.

We adored our 3 night stay at this charming, new, and modern B+B located an easy 15 minute drive from Lugano. It's set up in the hills, in a very charming town with several excellent restaurants and all the conveniences within walking distance. Parking is very easy.
