The place was beatiful and the ski schuele was amazing. Furthermore, the Stoos Lodge has everything you need: good food, nice view from the room and a clean place. We loved staying there and would love to come back anytime.
I would recommend going to Kyliam rent place. Which is next to the church and Kyliam is a true friend who help us with the ski lessons.

Franz and his wife are exceptionally nice people and the whole place is very lovely. Beautiful self-built yurt with an amazing view over the lake. The location is very quiet and remote and we had a really great stay! They have two cats and a dog :) Breakfast is 15.- per person and we could choose from eggs, yoghurt, different breads and home made jam. We can definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a simple, but lovely night in the heart of the Swiss mountains.

We had an unforgettable time at the Panorama Jurte. The views of Uri Lake and the surrounding mountains were breathtaking. The yurt was cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the best part was Luna, their adorable and smart dog, who made us feel right at home. The place is truly pet-friendly—even our cat was welcomed, and as you can see from the photo, she felt like a queen soaking up all the good vibes! For other guests, there’s also the option of enjoying a Thai dinner or booking a massage to relax after a hike, which sounds amazing. Ideal for nature lovers and anyone looking to unwind in a unique setting. We can’t wait to return!

Very tasteful modern chalet decor, and great outdoor terrace to take in the mountain scenery! Staff were very friendly and welcoming, good cordon bleu on the menu. Cosy rooms and comfy beds, and overall well located. Breakfast could be improved, but one can still full up ahead of a hike!
We have spent one night in August to watch the meteor shower with kids and a dog. What we liked: Amazing view, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, dog-friendly place, clean room, comfortable bed, playground right next to the place.
Wow, what a location! Small hotel, it was very peaceful after the chai lift closed for the day. Sunset was unforgettable. Kids loved playing with the goats in the petting zoo till the last moment. Food was great, both the dinner and breakfast. Just amazing experience staying there
