Super comfortable apartment with great space, clean and modern, amenities were great, high end espresso machine and separate washer & dryer, the host even left bottled water in the fridge. From the location, it was an easy 5 minutes bus ride into old town. We highly recommend this place.

First, the positives:
• Great location – on the edge of the lake, lush lawns, pleasant outdoor lakeside breakfast/meal/drinks ambience, walking distance to shops, supermarket and (less expensive) eateries;
• The rooms were new and clean;
• Storage space in the rooms was at least (barely) adequate (unlike many other hotels, in other countries);
• The wifi worked; and
• The meals were good
The hotel is located in a quiet location, next to a lakeside park. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Very good breakfast in the very nice restaurant nearby. good wi-fi. Free parking.
The restaurant (where lunch and dinner can be also served) is in a beautiful old building with a splendid terrace near the lake. The staff is very nice and the service is very good.
The B&B was well located with a view on the Lake (Boden see). The room was spacious with a comfortable bed.
The main positive thing about the place was our host. She was (in one word) EXCELLENT. Very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast that she made was 'out of this world'.
