I needed a hotel close to Zurich airport for 1 night when my flight was canceled. I jumped on the app and found the Holiday Inn Express and booked it within 30 seconds. There was a free shuttle bus to get me to hotel which I appreciated and I was at the hotel within 20 minutes of booking it. The hotel staff were super efficient and friendly which made check-in a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good with a great selection to choose from.

The room was chic, comfortable and clean. The free mini-bar was impressive. All the staff (room, restaurant, front desk, concierage) attended to our needs very promptly and warmly. We would especially like to thank their Concierage staff (Alex and Josephine) for their excellent care for us. They even managed to book us day trips for the next day very late the evening before. We were extremely touched and thankful. We would also like to thank Hamza at the door who always had a welcoming smile when we passed him, and offered us water when we left for day trips.
The location of the hotel was also great. Transportation to tourist attractions was very convenient. We will definitely return to stay on our future trips to Zurich.
The Hotel Kindli is located in a quiet area of Zurich, only a few steps away from the financial district and the famous Bahnhofstrasse with its elegant boutiques.

Rooms were nice and clean. We booked two rooms for a family of 4 since it was a last minute booking and that’s all there was available. Parking available. Location very close to the airport. Location. Price. The checkin lady in the evening. The lady, (unfortunately I don’t know her name. She seems to have asian descendants). She was very friendly, and competent. Fast check in. Explained everything very well. Even informed me what time to come for breakfast to avoid crowds and long lines.
The Holiday Inn Express is conveniently located near the Zurich Airport. There is free transport from the airport to the hotel and transport from the hotel to the airport available for a reasonable fee. The facilities are clean, rooms are comfortable and ours was also quiet. There is a good breakfast buffet available and a restaurant for dining as well as a bar for drinks. The prices are reasonable and competitive.
The staff are super friendly and helped with everything. If you have your dog with you, this is the place to be in Zurich.
The location is also great for walking your dog or having a morning walk/run.
The B&B was close enough to the airport. The breakfast was good value for money, considering the cost of a cup of coffee in Switzerland. The place is pet friendly--really--they loved our cat and fussed over her. They had a microwave in the common area for anyone to use and hot water for tea too.
