The hostess was very polite and attended to all our questions very patiently. Location is good ... 2 mins walk from Ringgenberg railway station and 5 mins walk from the nearest bus stop. Around 4 km from Interlaken.
Liked the location of the hotel. Having a parking lot does not guarantee you that you will be able to find a spot for yourself in the evening.

One of the best. First time travelled with our 18 month old baby. The lady who was our host Heidi was amazing and was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location was beautiful and one shouldn't miss the lake view just behind where we stayed, Just behind the rinngenberg post bust stop. Great place to stay and a memorable 2 days.
We stayed only one night. Location is good, near to Grindelwald. Access to the room was very easy. Outside is space to sit and play cards with friends :) Views to the mountain are spectacular!
Very comfortable bed and a nice ensuite. Excellent location opposite a small but very well-stocked supermarket with friendly, English-speaking staff. Local buses very close taking you to central Interlaken, and the hotel provides free tourist passes for them! Pet-friendly.
