I have to start with the service. I have traveled my fair share, and I have never experienced anyone more attentive and eager to please than Chris. I stayed with my wife and parents. Chris went above and beyond at every turn to ensure we were having the best holiday possible.. Our rooms were spacious, and the balcony views offered everything Switzerland was supposed to be. The views from the hotel were spectacular. You are away from any tourist traffic and steps away from the North Face Trail. Breakfast was solid, and we enjoyed dinner multiple nights during our stay.

Great proximity to the train station and a great lookout point with amazing mountain views. Great restaurant and breakfast was nice. On days when we were getting up too early for breakfast, they’d make us a takeaway sandwich and fruit which was much appreciated!

Loved that the hotel could accommodate pets and was conveniently located next to the gondola. Also the restaurant was incredible! The room was a little small with my partner and our dog, but had the most lovely balcony that we could enjoy amazing views. Highly recommended!
We arrived to check in thirty minutes after the kitchen at the restaurant had closed, but the staff made an exception and reopen to make some pizzas and salad for us. They were LOVELY to our 4 year old and dog. The room was impeccably clean, the bath tub was amazing, and we loved having a balcony with a stunning view. Absolutely cannot beat the location.
