Staff - The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful. This included the front desk staff, the dining room staff, and the parking attendant. The front desk was able to answer the many questions that we asked them.
Offering a variety of animal-ready amenities, these properties promise a great stay for pets and people. Services can include sitting services, specialized bedding, and dog-walking. Some hotels even offer fun perks like a gourmet room service menu for pets, as well as catnip and scratching posts.
We got an upgrade to lake view rooms which was really nice.
Location is excellent right across the street from Horgen train station (2 min walk), overlooking the lake.
