The location was conveniently close to the train station for us to board the Bernina Express next day. The breakfast was exceptionally good, the room for 3 of us very comfortable, beds and pillow also comfortable. Even though it was shared toilet and shower, these were close to our room and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Building had so much character and charm especially restaurants. Make sure you reserve a table - we unfortunately missed out.

We wanted something different and knew what we were getting into. Very small room but the bed was comfortable and the shower was plenty big. It wasn’t easy to drive to and find parking but was worth the frustration. A great location and great restaurants near by!

We stayed in Apt#3. Loved the location. My friends(married couple) stayed in the bedroom and I took the very comfortable sleep sofa complete with a super fluffy comforter. There were also a small selection of books in various languages, close to the dining table for leisure reading. A nice touch. Everything was clean and neat. The owners stayed in contact via booking.com, so all the instructions were very clear. On a side note, we highly recommend Fondue Beizli Chur for a great meal.
This 3-star hotel is centrally located right at the entrance to Chur's Old Town, just an 8-minute walk from the train station.

Even though my room was on the street side - it was very quiet that night. There was a train whistle at 0630 AM the next day but i probably could have heard that from most of the hotel. The wood flooring in the room was beautiful and clean and the bathroom was very clean also. The room was large for a city room and had a desk area.

The room, 51 (4th floor) was one of the refurbished rooms. Work is still going on so the corridor outside the room did not look very attractive (plastic over carpet). The shower was excellent. The hand basin was in the bedroom but was fitted in a unit with plenty of storage space for sponge bags etc. A fridge was provided but no facilities to make a hot drink. The staff were very pleasant. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and liked the hotel location in the old town. It was quiet and only a short walk to the rail station.

The bad; room was tiny & bathroom even tinier, reception on the 1/F & room on the 3/F with no lift. Room was not very clean, esp the carpet, room had a bad smell we think coming from the toilet.
Comfortable hotel in quiet area of old city. Convenient location. The bathroom was really well designed with everything working perfectly in a compact space. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices to suit all appetites. The small bar near reception was a pleasant place to enjoy a drink before going out. Reception staff were very helpful when asked for assistance with places to eat etc.
The apartment is located centrally. 8 minutes walk from the Bahnhof and 6 minutes walk from the cable car.
Right on the edge of Alt Stadt, all you need to do is walk out the door and you are there amongst the lovely cobbled streets.

The location was perfect. We used thr gym and and all was well there. The staff were very helpful especially Petra. They responded to our initial difficulties with the air conditioning quickly.
Does what is says on the tin, simple room with comfortable bed, adequate breakfast, friendly staff, McDonalds & a petrol station downstairs for other needs. Location is somewhat commercial area but well located for Chur old town or motorway. Underground carpark convenient and at 12chf, ok. It`s an Ibis so you kind of know what your getting and for this it`s perfectly fine.
