This place is fantastic! It's exceptionally clean and welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind—our room was ready early, which was perfect since we arrived feeling unwell. I had an amazing stay at Bellavista’s apartment. The place was a slice of heaven with stunning views and comfortable amenities. Bernhard was a fantastic host, very responsive, and accommodating. The location was perfect, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!
Location is beautiful. However you need to know that it's 10 minutes from both the bus stop and the rubbish bin you have to use (sounds crazy but seems to be a common arrangement in Lugano). Also the nearest food shop is in town a short bus ride away. We were happy there but it wouldn't suit everyone.

Probably the best location for a stay in Lugano in a quiet district on the edge of the city. Fantastic views down to the lake and across to San Salvatore. 5 minute walk down to bus stop which, with a one day ticket bought at the machine there, gave access to the whole of the Lugano district. Food shops and the lake side were a few stops away and the centre just a 10 minute ride. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the view was magical.
