Perfect location for walking. Many roots start from the hotel directly. Very quiet area but at the same time good connected with Lugano and other villages with 3 bus lines. Very good sauna area. It was also very quiet in the room. I would gladly come once more. I had a single room, enough space for bed, a reading chair, wardrobe and a desk. All good.

This is a luxurious (and expensive) hotel in an excellent city centre, but very quiet, location. The location is a traffic-free square just below the railway station. Access to the square is by a frequent and reasonably-priced funicular (no need for a taxi, the hotel is just steps away from the funicular).
Lugano is situated on a stunningly beautiful lake, with snow-covered mountains rising above it.
The room was large and beautifully furnished in a modern style. The bathroom was larger than most, and all the fittings were top-class.
Best of all, our room had a kettle, so we could make tea as we like it, which means made with boiling water.

Super friendly and attentive host! Great central location with free private parking (although with limited spaces), free and strong WIFI connection, quiet and clean room. Very comfortable bed! Did not have time to taste the breakfast but it was smelling of good coffee in the morning.

Basic apartment with magnificent view over the valley and the lake. The drive to the apartment, uphill, was a little challenging but worth it. On a few meters from the apartment one can buy coffee and cake (closes early). Great shower, good bed, lots of space, terrace, free WiFi, good parking. Pet friendly. It was a joy waking up with the sound of cowbells near. Nice rural experience on only 10 to 15 minutes drive from modern urban Lugano.

The location was excellent, out of the city of Lugano but not too far. It was very calm and relaxing. The wellness was amazing as we could enter anytime a day.
Fantastic! Beautiful views from every location, room was extremely clean, fresh, and inviting. They provide totes, pool/spa towels, flip flops, everything you could need to enjoy their facilities left inside your room. Very easy to navigate with our dog as well. The spa & pools were pristine. Certainly a place I would have loved to stay even longer!
On arrival we upgraded to a panorama suite and were glad we did. Spacious, lake view and extremely calm. The overall service at this hotel is good, friendly with competent staff. The location is great but (see below)
