The hotel has a good, central location in Biel/Bienne's new city, only a short walk from the old town. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful. The breakfast has a wide range of choices, including hot dishes. We also had an excellent dinner in the hotel's restaurant.

The hotel is in a pretty good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly cleaned and all the space around was sterilely cleaned. No noise bothered us. The room has everything you need: hair dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee, tea, mirrors.

There's nothing I especially liked. The location was good for our purposes. It's also good that there is a restaurant downstairs and they have vegan options. They accept dogs for 15.- supplementary cost per night and the room is puppy-proof.
we travelled with our dog, as they were informed they take care of leaving a confy bed and water bowl ready to use at the room. Check-in and check-out was fast and effective. We only use the room to sleep so I can't give an opinion on breakfast or facilities.
The atmosphere, a community of mountain bikers, tourists, water sport athletes in the auberge and in front of it. The room was simple and clean, we did not miss anything. Nice surroundings. Pet friendly.
