Unfortunately due to Time restraints I could only use the breakfast facility once but was very good and Friendly Staff,(I had to be at work between 06:30 and 07.00AM every day of stay).

We loved the place, just 2 minutes walk from lake where you can enjoy beauty of vitznau and also swim. Jeroen is best host, they have arranged everything you can need during your stay. Spacious duplex with comfortable beds and a balcony where you can enjoy barbecue. There is also private parking. Will come back for sure.

Wow! The views from this hotel are spectacular! The staff was so nice as I booked at the last minute. The hotel is dog friendly (15 euro extra charge) and you can even eat a very nice dinner with your well-behaved dog. Plenty of hot water and pressure. Great amenities inside the room.
Location of the hotel is great if you like to be at the lake side, our room was from the street and was not loud. Resturant has very good food and staff is very kind. Free parking on side which is normally very difficult around the lake. If you have a dog, I recommend to go up the hill , around lake there is almost no grass. Its quite a walk up hill but very beautiful. Very close to the lif to many hikes, we took as well boat across the lake , we had great time !
Beautiful, clean room with fantastic views. Really dog friendly. Exceptional attention to details - bowls and mats for dogs were provided. Staff very friendly and professional. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
Everything was perfect. We traveled with our dog and she got her towel, bowl and treats🥰 cost for our dog was 10CHF. Parking was great. We stayed only one night because we were passing through Switzerland but this is great location to explore the area around Lucern and to relax. Breakfast was great too!
The friendliness and forthcoming nature of the staff was highly appreciated as we arrived 12 hours late - in general extreme friendly staff. Beautiful views and location by the lake with good surroundings to walk the dogs. Dinner in the restaurant 22nd of December was amazing.
