There was a nice restaurant next door. The rooms were fairly clean. Just about on par with most hotels that I have booked and stayed with in the past.

The property is fine. Nice building, clean and easy interior decoration. The location is on the top of a mountain, only to get there by train. The neared area to get off or get on a taxi is super far away from the hotel. Likely they have brilliant view of Zurich and track of forests to walk around, otherwise I will not pick this hotel.

We arrived very early, but we were able to check into our room, and meet family to enjoy the rest of the day. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast, with local oat speciality which we enjoyed. Underground secure car park with easy access into the hotel. Excellent value for Switzerland.

Good communication before stay and staff were very helpful when I needed to phone them whilst there.

Place was clean and in a great location, right near train station. Room was a decent size but bed was small for two adults. Bathroom was fine. Shower was great. The room we were in had red stains on the carpet and black stains on the wall but looks like something cleaning won’t get out. You’d have to repaint or change carpets.
Pros: cheap place to stay, quiet location except when neighboring guests awoke us at 2 am due to bickering and yelling for about 15 minutes, and safe location.
Nice hotel in a perfect location, 20 mins from zurich HB via train.
Breakfast is also so good,have lot of varities inter continental food.
