Riverside Resort & RV Park, hotel in Qualicum Beach

Bordering the Little Qualicum River, this 7-acre resort is just 365 metres from Qualicum Beach and 5 minutes’ drive to the city centre.

Great staff. There is fresh made pizza and homemade ice cream on site. A staff member treated our dog Levi to a little doggie ice cream cone. Between the cone and having attention lavished upon him, he was in heaven. We love pet friendly places and friendly staff, and this resort is exactly what we were looking for over the Thanksgiving weekend. It was also mine and my husband's anniversary. It was perfect!

It was my second stay already, because I didn't want to drive home to Tofino in the rain at night. It was just as nice as the first time! Enjoyed the hot tub, had a good night sleep in the comfy bed, a great coffee and a nice chat with the other guests in the morning! Their dog and cat greeted me at the door.. it's a lovely place :)

Judy met us with the code to the door and had left us a still warm loaf of sour dough bread which was delicious. Both Judy and Peter are exceptional hosts, friendly and accommodating. Their dog Lexi was an added bonus - sweet and friendly. Location and property are wonderful and the beach is not far away. Very quiet. Cottage was very well equipped and comfortable.

The staff was actually really awesome, especially the guy at the front desk who checked us in, and the nice older man, who I can only presume was the doorman. They were nice, in a sincere sort of way and after the interactions with them, I was already very ready to give the hotel a 5/5 rating. I booked a pet-friendly room even though we don’t have a pet, but if we did have a pet, I would appreciate the fact that there’s already a clean pet bed and bowl + treats in the room. Great location, free parking, pool and hot tub were nice.
