Such a great location, relaxing and peaceful. The hosts have thought of everything! This is the first stay we have had with a king size bed! Great views out of the window at the scenic river! Completely renovated, very nicely with all the amenities! The hosts are lovely and have done a great job with this little gem. Definitely a must stay if you are in Portage La Prairie! It’s only an hour from Winnipeg so very convenient. Wish we could stay longer, how we can come back someday! We have travelled across Canada on this holiday and this was definitely the best place we stayed at! Well done Chris and Charis!

We had to find another hotel as the only room they had was not pet friendly. However, the staff were exceptional in helping us get a full refund from booking.com as it was their issue and not ours.
We had a pet friendly room. It was clean our dog was NOT sniffing every where. There was a green space right across parking lot and a designated baggy can.
We had dogs. No outside window. Door was far from the room. Could have better pet room. Had a difficult time getting deposit back from front desk. Wanted us to pay twice for the pet fee.
Started by checking in and accommodating me with a pet friendly room for my dog travelling with me, complimentary bottles of water even one for the dog;) beds were comfortable lots of extra pillows and towels. Location was excellent
