The property is beautiful in a remote setting along a creek on the Bow Valley Parkway. Everything you needed for comfort was in the room or available at the front desk. Staff were friendly and helpful and had good suggestions about the area. We enjoyed the in room jacuzzi tub, sauna, steam room and the outdoor firepit. The rooms were larger than most similar places I have stayed at in the area and very clean and comfortable beds.

The place is nice. The wood house is very atmospheric, and we enjoyed the stay there. It was three of us. We liked the location and views from the Gas Station, also staff always were friendly.

Excellent location and the staff were all wonderful. The restaurants were also very convenient with good choices for a family. Our room was perfect for our family with dog. It was very comfortable and a great “home base” for all our Banff adventures. Highly recommend!
The cabin was nicely decorated and very well equipped - had everything that we needed. We enjoyed being able to go for walks with the dogs on the trails behind the property and sitting in the chairs by the creek. The location was good for doing day trips to the surrounding areas.
The location and that it’s dog friendly. The pizza at Timberwolf pizza and pasta although expensive, was phenomenal and they offered a gluten free option for my friend which was awesome.
Our queen pet friendly suite (we didn’t bring pets) was renovated with modern furnishings and amenities. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have a sitting area and microwave/refrigerator/sink. The hot tub room was beautifully cedar panelled and clean. The lodge is in a perfect location for everything Lake Louise has to offer. Breakfast was hardy and a great start to a day of skiing. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We went for our anniversary celebration but it was a spur of the moment decision so we just booked a standard size room pet friendly. They accommodated us in a good room which our small dog enjoyed with us.
