It's worth it to stay here mainly for the location! Can't beat a quick commute to your room after a day at the spa. Staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our luggage got to our room as we couldn't check in until after the spa day. There are lots of activities and sights around the hotel although we didn't do much beyond the spa.

Our King size room was very nice. Pillows and beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked well and was fairly quiet. The location is perfect for exploring Kananaskis. Nordic Spas was very nice.
the location is fantastic, the immediate neighbourhood has walkways to stroll around the Kananaskis Village and enjoy the view. The plaza between Crosswaters and Pomeroy is a great connector, walk a minute and ind food, drinks, nordic spa…
the room (king) was big and comfy and clean.
All staffs were very kind and accommodated all our needs! Dog friendly hotel!!!
The location is incredible and the New Years celebrations were well executed (the kids loved the fireworks and craft stations). The staff are always phenomenal and friendly.
The restaurant service is super family friendly and the kids eat free option is always appreciated for small appetites.
The outdoor activities like the skating pond and s’more station add to the ambiance and a major reason we continue to celebrate at the resort. And of course the kids water park and Nordic Spa.
