It is a great facility, restaurant onsite is a big plus. The elevators are access card controlled so safety of the guests is paramount. Room was clean and well maintained. the breakfast was included in my room price and was weel worth the money.

The staff are all friendly and well mannered. Exceptional customer service. Especially ms kris. The location is great as its just opposite of bus terminal and in the heart of downtown. Easy walk to nearby peter pond mall, cafe, restaurants.
The location was perfect. So many things around, all within walking distance. We enjoyed some shopping at the mall, had supper at Montanas, then a night out at the new rivers casino. No carpet in the room.
