the room was spotless. Especially the bathroom absolutely no trace of mildew. I really liked that there was a reclining chair in the room with back support that is the 1st time i have had that in a hotel room and being a person with spinal cord damage a comfy chair is huge to me. The bed was a little firm for me but i am one to sleep on memory foam and heat pads so the firmness could of just been me. My daughter slept great. She is normally an early risers like 730 am and i woke her up at 930am. The front desk staff was very cheerful, was not super nosey asking 100 questions, she was awesome. We will be returning, we have 3 trips planned for the spring and early summer and this will be our govto hotel!

This was the most amazing house, so spacious with a beautiful garden and a great sea view. We had everything we needed, the basement is fantastic with lots of gym equipment and games. Great for a family. The beds were comfy and there is so much to see in the house. The sun rise was amazing. Our hosts, Todd & Laurie met us at the house and were lovely.

Death in the family they were quick to accommodate even though I left my MasterCard at home and only had a virtual copy. When bad weather added more complications they swiftly had me in a pet friendly room so my husband and dog could stay until the roads were clear. Good breakfast and waterslide open till 10 and pool and hot tub open till 11pm made a kid happy who had been trapped in a vehicle for hours and needed to burn off some fuel!! Everything was secure and happy hotel staff helped ease our troubles greatly.
Large comfortable and very clean rooms with high ceilings (on the first floor). Kitchenette facilities (dishes, cutlery, microwave and fridge) appreciated. Registration staff friendly and efficient. Also appreciated the shampoo and soap in the dispensers vs the small disposable containers that are so common and unfriendly to the environment on disposal. Separate shower and bath a nice touch. Pet friendly policy a plus - paved trail behind the property great for walking the dog.

We loved the easy (and free) parking outside the room, free wifi, the free fruit in the foyer, robes, pet-friendly (love the treats and towel pack for our pups on check-in) and the kids loved the pool. Beds were very comfortable.

It was great to have a designated area of the property for dog friendly accommodations. It made it easy to let the pups out to potty as well as it made cleaning up of accidents simple because the unit was equipped with flooring rather then carpeting.
Good location being it is in the heart of the town. And close to what I needed for work. We have two dogs so it was great being able to bring them along for only $15/pet extra
The location was good but sometimes noisy because it is across the road from the ambulance station. It was easy to find restaurants (and close to the hospital - our reason for the stay). Ample parking. Room was pet-friendly (we brought our small dog)
Clean, quiet, centrally located. Great staff, pet friendly rooms, though I'd suggest a small welcome package when you know pets are coming, like waste bags and a biscuit, plus maybe some non-white towels in the wet months.
