Comfy beds, newly decorated rooms, old and noisy a/c so bring earplugs. Not a bad place if you only looking for a place to sleep after a day in the mountains, for this it is 8/10 hotel. But I went there with pregnant wife and small kid expecting to find a resort of some sorts. Man how the description was misleading. This is not a resort at all but a roadside inn at best. Pool is slimily and in the reception literally, saunas are across the parking lot in a separate building in the basement. There’s no place to eat at the hotel, there’s no place to get coffee, not even a convenience corner to buy crisps. You have to drive down the hill to Banff for everything. Absolutely nothing todo during the day and surrounding are is not really walkable if you don’t like climbing fences and crossing ditches, at least not with kids. You have to drive everywhere.

Lovely hotel room with fantastic view of the Rockies. We travelled with our dog and the staff went above and beyond with dog treats, toy and dog bed provided on check in to make our pet feel at home. The hotel is brand new and finished to a high standard. Hot spring pools still under construction, look forward to returning and trying them in the future!
I was travelling with 2 friends and my pet. The room immaculate was spacious with a the kitchenette and a nice blacony. Best of all, they provided a dog bed, bowls, couple of cookies and a dog toy! If all made it so nice and smooth to travel with your pet
Affordable, great and accommodating staff, pet friendly, and located in a prime location. They provide a dog bed and a dog bowl, which was a nice touch. I also like that they have a 2 bedroom suite which is quite roomy (unlike other hotels where you need to walk sideways just to get from one part of the room to another). Fitness centre, small pool, and coin laundry are available. Perfect for friends or families, and quick weekend stays.
property was decorated really cute. beds were so comfortable. pet friendly. great location. a little wooded area right behind the motel to walk your dog.
location was amazing, the rooms are super cute and cozy. they have everything you need: kettle, coffee maker, mugs, and wine glasses! pet friendly and we were on the first floor so it was super easy to take the dogs out.
Our pet friendly accommodation was very good. The room was clean, spacious and had a perfect location on the 1st floor.
When we arrived, there was a pet bed, food and water bowls, a welcoming dog cookie and a pet toy that was ours to take with us!
Breakfast was very good, a wide selection of breakfast foods.
My only comment about our room was the lighting was a little dull. We would have preferred brighter lighting.
