The house is located in a leafy quiet neighbourhood of Camobi. It is modern and well furnished, fantastically clean.

This hotel showed to be a nice surprise. Nice and comfortable room with plenty of space and a great view. The breakfast was tasty and included more than we had expected. We also really appreciated the kind and helpful staff in the reception.
You can not find a better location in Santa Maria, with plenty of restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away. It's also possible to buy a beer in the reception for a surprisingly reasonable price!
Excellent location of this simple hotel is a side-appeal. Old hotel, but all working to the satisfaction, comfortable beds, sanitized bathroom and constant cleaning also in the hallway. A useful feature: a fully assembled kitchen at the guest's disposal; it is communal, but you can heat your food or sit at the table to eat that snack purchased outside.
